But anyway John Watson knows those texts. He counts those texts. He hears them in his nightmares. He can’t stand that orgasmy sound. He gets PTSD watching porn, probably. I mean, John Hamish Watson goes into soldier mode upon hearing it. Into battle.

The first thought upon hearing it again in that context isn’t gonna be: okay, yearly birthday text.
