James Morrison (British, 1932-2020), La Ravine de la Casse de l'Obiou, c.1980. Oil on panel, 150 x 89 cm. The Fleming Collection, London
James Morrison, 1984
That's funny... Marple had said that S was in London solely for rehearsals for Macbeth. Now we see a rather empty house being used as a set for MPC.
Dear Empty House Anon,
The Scottish den? But, but... aren't we delusional Onlies? 😂

On the other hand, I am not very fond of that yoga mat, that's obviously seen better days:
It seems to me it's not the first time a house is actively being used as a showcase or a set location of sorts.
That is, btw, a James Morrison painting - we know S collects them - plus we've already seen it (https://www.tumblr.com/sgiandubh/750115867138916352/hello-good-afternoon-yesterday-i-read-your-post?source=share - posted May 10, 2024):
This one, I think - brighter colors are probably due to a more intense lighting, or part or a cycle:

Probably acquired at auction from The Scottish Gallery in EDI. No sales price listed, though they typically go for anywhere between £ 3,000 to £10,000:

Ah, a walk down memory lane, when the (bento box) dish of today seems to be a lovingly carved 🍌, not even destined to the object of the poster's attention. But hey, innuendo (🎵'you can be anything you want to be' etc. 🎵).
From bandana to banana. Go figure.

if it were up to me, I’d sleep forever
ROUND 1 — Match 261 of 276
Raoul Silva (Skyfall)
Problematic because: "He has one of the more understandable grudges in Bond villain history, because M really did hand him over to the Chinese during the Hong Kong handover, where he was tortured for months and survived a failed cyanide suicide attempt that left him disfigured. The problem is that his revenge plan is basically “make the entire intelligence service and several random civilians pay for what M did.” He steals a hard drive containing undercover NATO agents’ identities, starts leaking them online, and those agents get killed. He hacks MI6, blows up its headquarters, lets himself get captured as part of a planned escape, attacks a government inquiry where M is testifying, and eventually follows Bond and M to Skyfall with a small army. Silva already has power over Severine before Bond meets her, and when Bond is captured, Silva turns her into part of a sick little shooting game before killing her himself. He also sexually intimidates Bond while Bond is tied up." Propaganda: 1. "He’s entertaining without being hollow. Javier Bardem plays him like someone who has rehearsed every line of his revenge for years, and the result is this weird mix of funny, creepy, pathetic, and genuinely dangerous." 2. "silva is awful but he’s so good onscreen. former mi6 golden boy turned cyberterrorist with mommy issues about M, a fake island, a grudge, a laptop trap, and the most dramatic workplace revenge plan in british intelligence history"
vs. Frank Morrison/The Legion (Dead by Daylight)
Problematic because: "He's the one who turns the Legion from delinquent friends into murderers. He pulls Julie, Joey, and Susie into vandalism, robbery, violence, and eventually the Ormond Lodge break-in where they’re caught by a cleaner. Frank stabs the man first, then pushes the others to join in so they’re all responsible. Joey is reluctant, Susie is visibly scared, and Frank still guides her hand into stabbing the cleaner in the throat. Afterward, the group hides the body, follows Frank into the woods, and gets taken by the Entity. In the Fog, Frank keeps killing as part of the Legion, using speed, group intimidation, and knife attacks against survivors." Propaganda: "He's interesting because he’s not some huge supernatural monster before the Entity takes him. He’s just a dangerous teenage ringleader who makes everyone around him worse. Julie is drawn to him, Joey goes along with him, Susie gets pressured by him, and by the end all four of them have crossed a line they can’t uncross. Frank isn’t the only one responsible, but he’s clearly the one driving the group into something much darker. He’s compelling to me because his horror is very grounded - wrong friend group, wrong leader, one violent escalation, and suddenly everyone is ruined."
Who should advance?
Raoul Silva
Frank Morrison/The Legion
