Esse foi o primeiro disco do Pearl Jam que eu comprei. Não curti mesmo, sendo o disco que eu menos ouvia. A sonoridade era diferente e as letras descreviam o caminho que eu não estava pronto pra encontrar: o perdão, a paz, o amor. Aquele Fabio estava interessado somente na revolta e na agressividade daquele que jovem que tinha perdido o pai e decidira viver em conflito com a sociedade. 20 anos mais tarde, um outro Fabio resolveu fazer tudo diferente. E um dia, este escutou e entendeu pela primeira vez a proposta do disco. Quantas manhãs eu chorava ouvindo Present Tense, quantas vezes Hail, Hail fez eu gritar e esbravejar? Jack Irons é o baterista favorito do Pearl Jam pra mim e esse foi seu primeiro disco com a banda.
