Next to your eye protection there’s no other #ppe more important than hearing protection!! All that damage to your ears adds up over time, ask any experienced woodworker. I wear one earbud from my #isotunes under my other ear protection. You still want to hear your equipment, just not at 130db!! #notasponsoredpost ... I’ve been wearing the @isotunesaudio Xtras for two weeks and they will be a permanent fixture, I even called my wife to deliver them to me when I forgot them yesterday. The sound quality is great and I haven’t had any connection issues as I have with the Makita BT speaker. The isolation factor as an earplug is great. So good that the music can be heard while at the lowest volume, and I often have it there. . I chose the xtras for the magnetic connection feature to avoid losing them. They do have a shorter advertised battery life than the Pro model but through an 8.5 hour work day with multiple phone calls and music at a reasonable volume I only burn through 30% of the battery. . I did discover that metal cutting with an abrasive blade is problematic with the xtras as the magnets attract the particles. Slightly frustrating to clean. . As for phone calls, I’ve been told that my vocal clarity is better than when I use my phone.
