I think the worst situation for me to be in is outside and thinking. I gotta lobotomise myself
#thoughtposting#ironically#as long as im still waiting for a bipolar assessment i just have to keep lobotomising myself#3 months and then i can think again while outside#without the scary mania happening#mind youuuuu rapid cycling is considered 4+ episodes in a year#and ive essentially been rapid cycling perpetually since i reached the minimum average age to develop symptoms#how im not considered an urgent case is beyond me#but alas#bigger fish to fry it seems
