Stop changing crap that was working before: I don't need 10 options for what to do when I take a screenshot and I certainly don't want to have to use a sub-menu to get to the options.

But while you're fixing that back, can I get appointment reminders that are as loud and relentless as alarms? Maybe a clearer signal when I plug it in but it isn't charging? Can I get the ability to shortcut menu items I have trouble finding? Oh, and get rid of that thing apps use when I take a screenshot: it triggers my anxiety to take a screenshot just as my screen changes.

I spent 4 HOURS trying to get this app to work b/c apparently downloading a sound to your phone/iCloud is not good enough to make it a ringtone. So I downloaded the app b/c hey it’s free (even though I had to update my phone which I’ve been putting off for like 10 months), then I noticed all my files were darkened out and I couldn’t use them. No biggie, I’ll just down load them differently, oh that doesn’t work? Okay I’ll redownload the app, oh that doesn’t work either? Maybe if I restart my iPhone again, no? Better txt customer support so I don’t get too frustrated.

Tell me why I spent the next 4 HOURS trying to get through to this person that I already had the most updated version (I only just downloaded it). Yes it’s compatible w/ my phone model, yes I’ve deleted and reinstalled, yes I’ve turned my phone on and off. I’d even gone into the apps settings in my phone to reset it and it STILL didn’t change the fact that my downloads were unusable. Then they say download this other thing and I’m like fine~ that’s another step that’s bullshit but I’ll do it since it’s free-oh it’s not fucking free it’s TWENTY DOLLARS US. Bro fuck off I’m not paying for an app to download some personal ringtones, tell me how to use my fucking files as ringtones for my phone please.

I legitimately started crying b/c all I wanted was the tiniest bit of whimsy in my life. I wanted to have a goddamned ringtone that made me smile a little bit every time I heard it. Dude this yr fucking SUCKS and all I wanted was the fucking Magnus Archives opening as my fucking ringtone and Bill Ciphers laugh as my txt notification.

When I was in Middle school and HS, you could txt urself sounds from a ringtone website and then just fucking use them! Fucking shock and horror!

Once I have wifi I’m not going online on my phone and when this fucking phone dies that’s fucking it.
