Whenever someone asks me how I'm feeling, how old I am or what I like to do in my free time, I feel like an alien who took over some random human's body and now has to prove that they are, in fact, that human.

Introvert Moment #123
As an introvert I am scared of talking to people flirtatiously. As a bisexual, this fear is rated E for everyone. Maybe I should just live alone in a bungalow with like 4 elderly rescue dogs

What's something you're proud of doing but others might not be proud of you for?
When I was in high school I took introduction to psychology, sociology, and anthropology. One day, my teacher asked three students to leave the classroom for a few minutes, though didn't tell us why, and I was one of the chosen three. When we were invited back in, we noticed the teacher had drawn three vertical lines on the chalkboard. She asked us which line was the longest and the answer was clearly the middle line; however, the entire class said no, the line on the left (the shortest line) was the longest. At first, all three of us disagreed, but after a while, the two in my group folded and agreed we must've been mistaken. The line on the left was "obviously" the longest.
But no matter what the class did to try and convince me—from telling me it was an optical illusion, to saying my eyes weren't working, to calling me a liar—I didn't submit. I didn't care what they said, I knew damn well that the middle line was longer.
Eventually my teacher said, "What if I tell you I won't dismiss the class until you admit the left line is the longest?"
Without missing a beat, I looked the whole class dead in the eye and said, "Well, then I guess we're gonna be here for a while."
True to her word, when the bell rang the teacher didn't dismiss the class. This made all the students very angry, and that anger was directed at me, but I still refused to say the left line was longer. I'm a Taurus and an INTJ, I could've gone all day, night, month, and year.
Now, at my high school teachers were only allowed to keep a class 30 minutes past the bell. Despite everyone telling me to give in, I was too stubborn and prepared to serve the entire sentence. Luckily, at around the ten minute mark, my teacher actually caved and confessed that the whole thing was a social experiment on peer pressure. To prove a point, I was supposed to give in and agree with the class that the left line was longer, even though it wasn't. Instead, I effectively hijacked the entire lesson and gave the whole class a metaphorical middle finger.
Needless to say, I wasn't very popular in that class, but I don't regret it. I had more confidence in myself that day than I've had in myself in the last ten years. 🤣

INFP: Bottling up negative emotions is bad for your health!
INTJ: That's why I also bottle up the positive ones!
Fun fact: it's true.
