I’m assuming this thing will turn into a #moth soon. Any idea what kind it will be? It’s huge. #insectidentification https://www.instagram.com/p/B1E9soKguk9/?igshid=1a11qr58a60r9
Garden friend on a welsh onion. Whose good at insect ID? What kind of dragonfly is this??
Who is this little friend? Does anyone know? #insectidentification #insect #beemimic #ithink #maybeafly? https://www.instagram.com/p/Bwx4MwVhBpo/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=t1uq5f67a7n2
Here is a cool "Sweat Bee" that I found while bug hunting in Estacada, Oregon this past July. I'm guessing that this one is Agapostemon virescens or the Metallic Green Bee.

Okay #bugstagram, what is this beautiful #caterpillar? #WhatsThatBug? #caterpillars #insectidentification #bugs #insects
Double insect ID! I was taking a picture of this cute critter, and noticed they were pointing their proboscis at yellow eggs freshly laid under the leaves of my Broccoli Raab. Is it some type of Hummingbird Moth (Hemaris spp.) pointing at Small White (Pieris rapae) cabbage butterfly eggs? Please help ID! Also, I'm regretting planting Brassicas in this hoop house. I knew better. #insectid #insectidentification (at Newtown Square, Pennsylvania)
