some blue death feigning beetle goodies ! i don’t own any of these beetles but i absolutely love them. the pins are a set and they are up in my shop :)
Totally unrelated to anything but I think it's so cute that your profile pic is a Madagascar Hissing Cockroach. I have 3 of them as pets and they are ADORABLE. 🥰🥰🥰
I think this would be a wonderful time to announce that I HAVE MY VERY OWN BUGLINGS!!!!!! Their names are Peaches (above) and Pastry (below) 💖💖💖
In case anyone needed to know, hissing cockroaches flatten themselves out when they are sulking about being handled against their will.

Just a little wizard, pondering the orb
I bought more hissing cockroaches because I’m an adult with adult money and child like interests.
I REALLY want a pet mantis. Has anyone ever had one? If so, is it a good idea to get one as a pet? I was thinking a spiny flower mantis or orchid mantis. Possibly a panther mantis, shield mantis or alien head mantis. Some information about my environment:
I live in a basement that we’ve made into a bedroom, it’s usually 68-75° and we’ve been using a heater at 85° for winter. Keep in mind I would get a heat lamp.
I live in Atlanta GA on the east coast and there are a distinct four seasons here.
I have a cat who lives in my room most of the time.
I’m home most of the time as well so I would definitely be actively able to care for it.
