Are other infjs angry like me? Is it an infj thing? It wasn't always this way. I remember being happy or at least less angry. A lot less angry. But over time the anger grew and grew, almost imperceptibly, until one day it just became my default mood. And that, despite all the appropriate self care, sobriety and years of therapy.
I'm not writing this because I want or need a diagnosis. It's not pathological. The anger is just a response to an environment that crushes everyone but a few; the few who do the crushing. And that social justice component makes me wonder, are other infjs angry too? Is it an infj thing?

Introvert Moment #119
The main reason I am so nice is because people leave me alone faster when the socializing is smooth
no one ever talks about how if you're a woman who:
• has an earthy or bohemian style
• have down to earth hobbies & pursuits (gardening, hiking, crocheting, collecting rocks, etc)
• have a demure personality & good at listening
people (romantically & platonically) think you're like some manic pixie dream girl who is supposed to heal them and be their therapist. and when you can't be all of that for them (because you're not a therapist & sometimes have bad days), they get mad or disappointed at you and want to treat you like you're defected and ditch you quickly.
