~image description below~
[Image Description: A set of 8 square images. All text is in lowercase letters, excluding a small part in the second image.Â
Image 1: A square image with a black background. In the middle of the image is the outline of a pink square with parts of the top middle and bottom middle of the square cut out. At the top middle of the square outline is centered big, bold white text which reads âwe asked whether youâd beâ, followed by bold pink text which reads âopen...â. Beneath the text and inside the middle of the outline of the square is a big white infinity heart symbol. Beneath the symbol is bold pink text which reads â...to a polyamorous pride flagâ, followed by bold white text which reads âwithout this symbol.â At the bottom middle of the square outline is smaller, bold pink text which reads âhereâs what you told us.â Directly under the text is a white arrow pointing towards the right. At the bottom center of the image is the â@polyamproudâ watermark with the polycule symbol next to it in pink.
Image 2: The left 1/3rd of the image is a black box. At the top of the image is big, bold left-aligned text in pink which reads âsome of you wereâ, followed by white text which reads ânot open to the idea.â At the very bottom of the black box is small italicized, left-aligned white text which reads âsome comments lightly edited for grammar & clarity.â The remaining 2/3rds of the image is seperated into 6 squares. Each square has the âclosing quotation markâ symbol (â) in a big, bold font in the background and a quoted comment in the foreground. The quoted comments are all in centered, bold black text. Starting from the top square and going left to right.
Square 1 is white and the text inside reads âi personally really like the infinity heart, i think itâs good symbolism for infinite love.â
Square 2 is pink and the text inside reads ânot really. i really like the infinity heart, it wouldnât be the same without the gold symbol.â
Square 3 is pink and the text inside reads âi love the reminder of the abundance mindset. it steers me back on the path.â
Square 4 is white and the text inside reads âthe infinity heart is the only polyam symbol iâve ever seen that felt representative of me. please keep it.â
Square 5 is white and the text inside reads âINFINITY HEART IS NECESSARY!!!! PLEASE DONâT CHANGE THAT FEATURE.â
Square 6 is pink and the text inside reads âi like the infinity heart. it shows the abundance of love, rather than a scarcity as many think.â
At the bottom right corner is white text which reads â2/8â, indicating the image number. At the very bottom center is the â@polyamproudâ watermark with the polycule symbol beside it in pink.
Image 3: The top 1/3rd of the image is a black box. Inside the black box is big, bold centered text in pink which reads âmany are curious to see other options.â
The remaining 2/3rds of the image is seperated into 6 squares. Each square has the âclosing quotation markâ symbol (â) in a big, bold font in the background and a quoted comment in the foreground. The quoted comments are all in centered, bold black text. Starting from the top square and going left to right. All squares, excluding one of them, have a white background.
Square 1 reads âthe infinity heart is a good symbol for polyamory but iâm curious what the alternatives are!â
Square 2 reads âi love the symbol but itâs not ours... i want one that says nothing but non-monogamy.â
Square 3 reads âthere are many ways we could be represented and iâm open to learn about other possibilities.â
Square 4 reads âinfinity heart makes perfect sense, but itâs okay if itâs any good symbol. i just hate the old colours.â
Square 5 has a white background with a pink circle overlayed on top of it. The text in the square reads âsure, we can still use the symbol but itâs ok if itâs not on the flag.â
Square 6 reads âi quite like the infinity heart, but itâs not a requirement! i am open to anything inclusive for all of us.â
At the bottom right corner is pink text which reads â3/8â, indicating the image number. At the very bottom center is the â@polyamproudâ watermark with the polycule symbol beside it in pink.
Image 4: In the middle of the image is a black circle. Near the top of the circle is the âclosing quotation markâ symbol (â) in bold, pink font. Beneath the quotation mark is big, centered white text which reads âyes. symbols evolve.â The rest of the image surrounding the circle is seperated in three layers. The top part is pink, the middle part is in white and the bottom part is in pink. Each layer has several quoteted comments inside. Each comment has the âclosing quotation markâ symbol (â) in big, bold font set in the background behind the comment.Â
The comments are all in bold black text.
Comment 1 reads âabsolutely. if something else holds the infinite love vibe and is less awkward, bring it!!!!!â
Comment 2 reads âiâd prefer the infinity heart, but would be open to not if it were a really good design.â
Comment 3 reads âiâm open to the idea. if thereâs a better way to represent polyamory, why not consider it?â
Comment 4 reads âi like it as a symbol, but the symbol doesnât have to be on the flag.â
Comment 5 reads âthe infinity heart is great but other symbols can be great too.â
Comment 6 reads âi think i feel attached to the infinity sign but not necessarily the combo of the infinity to the heart.â
Comment 7 reads âpotentially, but i hope the infinity heart still remains a polyamorous symbol!â
Comment 8 reads âpurely depends on what the alternative designs are, iâd prefer if thereâs some distinct symbol though.âÂ
At the bottom right corner is pink text which reads â4/8â, indicating the image number. At the very bottom center is the â@polyamproudâ watermark with the polycule symbol beside it in gray.
Image 5: The image is seperated in two parts. The left half is pink and takes up slightly more than half of the image. The remaining right part is in white.
The white part contains big bold, left-aligned black text which reads âmany of you had interesting cases against the infinity heart.â
The pink part contains four different quotes each with an accompanying âclosing quotation markâ symbol (â) in big, bold font set in the background at the right behind the comment. Each comment is in bold, centered black font.
The first quote reads âdefnitely open to it. i donât think the infinity heart represents all polyam people.â Beneath the first quote is a horizontal line taking up 1/4th of the width of the pink side of the image.
The second quote reads âthe infinity sign is a bit of an overkill when we talk about polyamorous love.â Beneath the first quote is a horizontal line taking up 2/4th of the width of the pink side of the image.
The third quote reads âiâm indifferent to the infinity heart because it feels outdated and too literal.â Beneath the first quote is a horizontal line taking up 3/4th of the width of the pink side of the image.
The fourth quote reads âyes, infinity = forever but some relationships are meaningful but donât last forever.â
At the bottom right corner is a horizontal pink line. Beneath it is pink text which reads â5/8â, indicating the image number. At the very bottom right is the â@polyamproudâ watermark with the polycule symbol beside it in gray.
Image 6: The image is seperated into three layers, which all vary in height. The first layer is black, the second layer is pink and the third layer is black. At the left side of the image is a thin black vertical line coming from the bottom half of the image and overlapping with the different layers. At the right side of the image is a white circle overlapping with the first two layers. On top of the white circle at the very right side is a âclosing quotation markâ symbol (â) in big, bold pink font with part of the symbol sitting outside the circle. Inside the circle is a quoted comment in bold, centered black font which reads âthe infinity heart isnât a good fit for the flag because it stands for infinite love, which can mean something different to everybody.â There are several more comments quoted across the rest of the image. Each quote has itâs own âclosing quotation markâ symbol (â) acompanying it in the background.
The first quote is in bold, left-aligned pink text which reads âinfinity heart could mean forever which i donât believe in.â
The second quote is in bold, left-aligned black text which reads âsure. i donât think polyam love is infinite for everyone.â
The third quote is in bold, left-aligned white text which reads âyes, the heart feels a little âover the top.â i actually also really liket the pi, but only the colours would also work.â
The fourth quote is in bold, centered pink text which reads âitâs been used by monogamous people, who get tattoos of it to commemorate parents, kids, etc.â
At the bottom right corner is gray text which reads â6/8â, indicating the image number. Next to it is the â@polyamproudâ watermark with the polycule symbol beside it in gray.
Image 7: The image has a white background. At the left side of the image is a vertical black line. At the top left of the image is a pink circle overlapping with the vertical line. Inside the circle is bold, left-aligned text which reads âdozens of you replied with thoughtful reasons to leave the infinity heart off the polyamorous pride flag.â To the right are two quoted comments. Each comment has a small black âclosing quotation markâ symbol (â) slightly above the right side of the quote. Both of the quotes are right-aligned and in black text. The first one reads âi donât see it as a necessary part of polyamorous identity.â Beneath this quote is a thin horizontal pink line to seperate it from the second quote. The second quote reads âyes. everyone likes an infinity heart. itâs no longer distinct.â
At the bottom half of the image is a pink box, spanning over the entire width of the image. In the background and at the very right side of the box is the âclosing quotation markâ symbol (â) in a big, bold font. In the foreground is another quoted comment. The comment is in bold, centered white text which reads âa beauty of polyamory is knowing that not everyone in your life will move parallel to you forever.â At the bottom right corner is pink text which reads â7/8â, indicating the image number. In the bottom center is the â@polyamproudâ watermark with the polycule symbol beside it in pink.
Image 8: The image is seperate in different boxes, all varying in width and height. In the very middle is a white box with an enlarged, black polycule symbol in it that is going slightly out of the box. In the middle of the polycule are the five associated words to represent each of the hearts that make up the polycule. Each word has a curved arrow pointing to one of the hearts. The words, going from top to bottom, read: âloveâ, âopennessâ, âhonestyâ, âcommitmentâ, âconsentâ.
The remaining boxes are all in pink and have quoted comments inside of them, excluding the last box in the bottom right corner. Each of the boxes with a quote inside also has a âclosing quotation markâ symbol (â) in the left side of the background. Each of these quotes is in bold, centered black text. Going from left to right the comments are:
Comment 1 reads âhonestly i like the heart logo yâall use for this page better than the infinity heart.â
Comment 2 reads âitâs definitely not my favorite. i love the 5 hearts âcloverâ kind of design though.â
Comment 3 reads âi love your 5 heart symbol more than an infinity heart symbol.â
Comment 4 reads âopen to others, but i do also love the infinity heart. love your five hearts too tho!â
Comment 5 reads âin my opinion the polycule or the infinity heart are the best symbols, so not other symbols.â
Comment 6 reads âyes! besides, some monogamous people already us the infinity heart. (i love your heart design, btw!!).â
Comment 7 reads âthe infinity heart is outdated and not at ALL aesthetically pleasing. your symbol is.â
Comment 8 reads âi love the five hearts so much more.â
Comment 9 reads âi donât like the infinity heart honestly! i like the polycule yaâll made!â
The final box in the bottom right corner is in black and has big bold, right-aligned pink text which reads âyâall just had to go & make us blush.â Beneath it is the â@polyamproudâ watermark with the polycule symbol beside it in gray.

Ok guys, so the V-neck tees didn't reach their goal in time and the orders I did get were cancelled, but I think I'm finally starting to get the hang of how this actually works so I've relaunched the campaign with a longer running time and more style options to choose from within the campaign so it may appeal to a wider range of people. Instead of running the campaign for three days, I'm running it for fourteen, and I set a lower goal... I only need to sell three shirts in order for Teespring to print and ship orders this time! You will not be charged for your order unless the campaign makes it's goal.
If you would like to make an order (ie. reservation) or remake one if you made one on the V-neck tee and were cancelled on, the new link is here.
