This Tandoori Chicken Naan Pizza is a quick and tasty way to eat. It combines Indian flavors with traditional pizza. A lot of people like it because it has tandoori chicken, colorful vegetables, and melted cheese.
Ingredients: 2 naan bread. 1 cup tandoori chicken cooked and shredded. 1/2 cup tomato sauce. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese grated. 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced. 1/4 cup bell peppers sliced. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped. 1/2 tsp cumin powder. 1/2 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Yogurt sauce for drizzling optional.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 425F 220C. Place the naan bread on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread a layer of tomato sauce over each naan bread. Sprinkle cumin powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper evenly over the tomato sauce. Add a portion of the shredded tandoori chicken onto each naan bread. Evenly distribute the sliced red onions and bell peppers over the chicken. Top with grated mozzarella cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh cilantro over the pizzas. Drizzle with yogurt sauce if desired. Slice and serve hot. Enjoy your Tandoori Chicken Naan Pizza!

The butter chicken sauce adds a lot of flavor to the regular burgers, making these Butter Chicken Burgers a fun new take on an old favorite. Chicken patties that are juicy and flavored with fragrant spices. Served with fresh vegetables and toasted burger buns. The burger is based on Indian food and is sure to impress!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground chicken. 1/2 cup butter chicken sauce. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/2 tsp garam masala. 1/2 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 tomato slices. 4 slices of red onion. 4 slices of cheese optional.
Instructions: Put the breadcrumbs, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, garam masala, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the ground chicken and mix them together. Mix the ingredients together well until they are all mixed in. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. Warm up your grill or griddle on the stove over medium-high heat and lightly oil it to keep food from sticking. Put the burger patties on the grill or griddle and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until they are done and the outside has a nice char. If you want to melt the cheese, put a slice on top of each patty in the last minute of cooking. Dot the burger buns with butter and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until they are just barely browned. To make the burgers, put a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, then a tomato slice, and finally a red onion slice. Stack some cooked chicken on top of the vegetables and cheese, if you're using it. Place the top half of the buns on top of the chicken patties and spread a little extra butter chicken sauce on them. This will finish the burgers. Warm up the Butter Chicken Burgers and serve them with your favorite sides. Have fun!
