Enjoy the deliciousness of a traditional s'mores cake without having to worry about the carbs. For the best low-carb treat, try this version that is rich, chocolatey, and topped with gooey marshmallows.
Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup powdered erythritol sweetener. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup melted coconut oil. 3 large eggs. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips. 1/2 cup sugar-free marshmallows.
Instructions: Before you bake, heat the oven to 350F 175C and grease a cake pan. Cocoa powder, erythritol, coconut flour, eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt should all be mixed together in a bowl. Mix until it's smooth. Add the sugar-free chocolate chips and mix them in. When the cake pan is ready, pour the batter into it and spread it out evenly. Put it in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Take the cake out of the oven and wait ten minutes. The cake should have sugar-free marshmallows on top of it. Toast the marshmallows in the oven for two to three minutes. Wait until the cake is cool to cut and serve.
