These vegan meatballs made with Impossible Burger are savory, flavorful, and perfect for topping your favorite pasta dish. They're easy to make and incredibly delicious!
Ingredients: 1 package Impossible Burger. 1 cup breadcrumbs. 1/2 cup chopped onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast. 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 pound pasta of your choice. 2 cups marinara sauce. Fresh basil leaves for garnish. Vegan Parmesan cheese optional.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Put the Impossible Burger, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, nutritional yeast, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix the ingredients together until they are well mixed. Put the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The meatballs should be about the size of golf balls. Meatballs should be baked in a hot oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are browned and done. Follow the directions on the package to cook the pasta until it's al dente while the meatballs are baking. Remove the water and set it aside. Put marinara sauce in a big pan and heat it over medium-low heat. After the meatballs are done baking, put them in the pan with the marinara sauce and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Put meatballs and marinara sauce on top of cooked pasta. If you want, you can add vegan Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves on top.
