#hypermobility things

I’m doing the stretches my exercise physiologist gave me and I’m getting a shooting pain in my hip and shoulder when I move them. I’m not sure if that’s bad, it seems like it would be bad but they’re pretty mild ranges of movement so idk if the pain is an indication that I should keep doing them or avoid them

There is a very hard wall I can hit with how much hypermobility fucks up my proprioception, and the limit is that everything that is moving has to be moved manually by me at all times. I have a hard enough time keeping track where my limbs are, I cannot control something that doesn't react to my body automatically. And then I press left to make the snek turn down.
