Found the bread at Instant Pot Recipe, 20 minutes Setting HIGH . 1 yellow onion, chopped 5 garlic bulbs, chopped EVOO, drizzle 2 C kale, chopped 3 medium size red potatoes, cut dice size 16 jalepeno's from a jar 1 ½ C carrots, cut like quarters 1 C celery, chopped 1 can drained kidney beans . 2c coconut milk 1c water . 1t smoked paprika 1T chives ½t hot chili powder ⅓t cayenne pepper NO SALT Prepare all ingredients in advance. Use "Savory" seal on your IP lid (if you have options, which I highly recommend you have 3 different seals since they seem to retain the smells and tastes of the meal you are cooking). Set InstantPot (IP) on Sauté. Drizzle EVOO and spread over bottom of IP. Add garlic and sauté for about a minute. Add onion and stir it for about 2 minutes. Press CANCEL button on IP. Add all remaining ingredients. Stir well and ensure the spices are mixed throughout. Press MANUAL and set for 25 minutes.
