What if aliens thought all humans had to open their mouths when speaking until they met people who use sign language, communication devices, or any other non verbal language? Like imagine an alien interacting with a ventriloquist, but they didn't know they were one, and when they noticed the person's mouth not moving, and didn't see a communication device/sign language/other nv language, how do you think they'd react?
