Make sure bone is clean and dry
place in container that is tightly packed(poke air holes in it)
it has to be heated up to 700C to 900C (1292F to 1652F) for 6-7 hours
remove from fire completely and keep lid on, wait for cooling to complete
FINISHED!! (If you meant charcoal paint you will have to send a new ask)

Place it in container and place in campfire for 2 hours
