"Cold, dark and empty - this is how the cosmos will spend most of its life.
Our universe gives life only a brief moment to shine - a haven in time, safe from its fiery birth and icy death.
The arrow of time creates a bright window in the universe's adolescence during which life is possible. But it's the window, that doesn't stay open for long.
As the fraction of the lifespan of the universe, as measured from its beginning to the evaporation of the last black hole, life, as we know it, is only possible for one thousandth of a billion billion billionth, billion billion billion billion billionth, of a percent."
I've known most of the information from this movie since my childhood, buuut it stunned me so much. So, let's admire the Hubble Ultra Deep Field, my favorite image of the Universe. It's the most incredible thing I've ever seen, because it shows more than 10 000 galaxies on 3'', on just a 1/13 000 000 from visible sky. We can look into the past, into the young and warm universe, isn't it overwhelming?
