30 DAY CHALLENGE, DAY 28: TOTAL AVERAGE SAVINGS £11.88! The best walnut loaf I’ve made yet has saved us nearly another £5, breakfast banana & walnut muffins also nearly £5! Vegan brands being so difficult to come by they are mega mega pricey shop bought. Another 5 second salad which we get through in no time in our household saved us over £2 plus less packaging! I’m actually off to London tonight for dinner heading to a vegan supper club! 30 DAY CHALLENGE, DAY 21: TOTAL AVERAGE SAVINGS £6.18 ✌️ Fresh mango ice lollies. Utter PERFECTION on a day like today! I think Poppy would agree 😍No additives, nasties or ingredients you can’t pronounce, they cost me just 29p per lolly in comparison to your shop bought mango ice lolly with added sweeteners, e numbers, colourings, flavourings, sugar and not much mango at all.. priced on average at 83p per lolly! Saving me at least £4.28! The quality of your mouth watering treat on a day like today is SO much more worth it, a great deal healthier AND cheaper! This evening I also attempted a vegan mayonnaise with curried coleslaw. Fabulous combination! 30 DAY CHALLENGE, DAY 11: AVERAGE SAVINGS £4.20! Decorating this week has really meant I’ve cooked for ease. This is something I have never ever tried, a carrot and peanut bake! It was so scrummy and so ridiculously easy! My homemade breadcrumbs, my homemade cashew nut milk & rosemary salt (more of a luxury item there ...) have helped to save nearly a fiver!
