I feel like the no. 10 T-shirt gag is a bit of a visual pun done by Matsumoto. (Also the kind of lowkey shit I would do myself ahaha) basically a kanji for 10 is 十. Do you see it?

although i am writing a lot of naruhoshi/hoshinaru these days, i have to disclaim that i absolutely think 10 wants to fuck that little swordsman. i was describing the premise of KN8 to some of my normal (not fanfic pilled) ttrpg gamer friends, and i just brought up the concept of power suits and kaiju weapons. this guy (who had also watched KN8) was like "yeah, and the suits aren't as sexual as you'd think". which i now, upon writing this post, realize was probably him referring to the female suits not being slutted up (good and true point), but at the time i was like:
