Hoje o desfile de #CarnaVinho foi no @DautoreRestaurante e trouxe um gostoso tinto californiano que agitou a tarde 🇺🇸. 📍 O “The Tillerman Red Blend 2016” da @HookAndLadderWinery é um corte de 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc e 4% Sangiovese com uvas provenientes do vinhedo “Los Amigos Ranch”, na AVA Chalk Hill — região de Russian River Valley, em Sonoma (Califórnia). Deve passar um pouquinho em carvalho, mas não encontrei a informação. 🍷 Tem coloração rubi de média intensidade na taça. Os aromas mostram muita fruta negra madura (principalmente amoras), pimenta-do-reino, leve mentol e cacau. Na boca tem corpo médio, acidez média-alta e adstringência média-alta com taninos macios. Tem fruta e pimenta-do-reino, com moderada persistência. 📝 Belo vinho, de perfil frutado e jovem, bem equilibrado pela idade e com estrutura para mais uns 2-3 anos. Eu gostei! 90+ pontos. . Made my first baby step in breaking my habit of loving as a bedroom recluse, walked through the snow to make my first #protestpurchase at the #HookAndLadder, and I was pleasantly surprised but also heart-broken with a gift of flowers for buying my lunch there. I love these flowers, and this tyranny we are suffering together, in different ways each, is especially hard on small local businesses who are being discriminated against and are hurting for customers while big business is getting rich.
