Millions of Jewish grannies couldn’t be wrong. This was the easiest chicken I’ve made in awhile, adapted from a @food52 recipe. You could slow roast the chicken yourself, or you could buy a rotisserie chicken. Whichever you do, it’s got to be cooked well enough that the skin slips off and the meat falls apart in your hands. Take the meat and put it onto a baking sheet and dust it with curry, lemon and honey. Pour the pan juices over the top and squeeze the juice of a lemon over the top. Bake it for about five minutes in a 375 oven. At the same time put the chicken skin on a baking sheet. Dust it with salt and put it in the 375 oven. Cook it in til it is crispy and the. Let it sit for about 5 minutes. Break it into pieces and top the chicken with it. This dish is perfect. 30 minutes. So easy for surprise company… it would be sensational with labneh , walnuts, feta , veggies and pita… possibly pomegranates. #chicken #roastchicken #kitchenwitch #homespunmagic #happy #blessed #gratitude #recipes (at New York, New York) https://www.instagram.com/p/Cmu4_o3JBQy/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
