Hereās a very lazy āwelcome backā loaf with spelt flour and rye sourdough starter. The dough was very soft so I enrobed it in polenta before baking so that it wouldnāt stick to the tray too much (it did a bit though).

Thereās chili, turmeric and cinnamon in this loaf of sourdough bread. The tongue of fire on the right got nibbled away before I managed to take a photo!
