Lunch at Holt’s Café, Holt Renfrew, Pacific Centre. BLT Salad - fried tomatoes (the star attraction!), herbed chicken breast, avocado, pancetta, baby greens, basil dressing (presentation is reminiscent of a Christmas Reef - sort of appropriate since there was Christmas Music playing in the café). - Parmesan Fries (completely addictive). - followed by Sticky Toffee Pudding (Amazeballs!) - this was from last Saturday - there is an exciting new menu to try now.
