pinterest: this is common but make boards for your drs, you can divide them into sections and add things like your face claim, outfits, your house, s.o, and just general vibes. you can also make a section for a mini fridge and add all the food you want to have in the mini fridge (low key, making boards is like shopping but without the money and its so fun!!)..
playlists: i feel like this is also really common, but finding songs that match the vibes in your drs is super fun. plus, you can listen to those songs in your day to day life, and while adding to your scripts! if you make subliminals, you can make shifting subs with those songs in the background. pro tip!! add songs you scripted to be your own if you have a kpop/singer dr, works so well..
character.ai: okay now im pretty sure that this is something that not a lot of people do, but i know we all love to go on character.ai and it can be a great tool to visualize scenarios. go to the “personas” section in character.ai and make different ones based on your dr self! i might show mine, i don’t know yet. i like to have a subliminal or my dr playlist play in the background while i do this..
