For various reasons, it's been quite a while since I've been up to the cabin, but I finally made it back for this gorgeous weekend. I spent nearly the entire time splitting cedar, and now, at long last, the siding on the new addition is done. There's still plenty left to do, but, holy hell, splitting shingles is time consuming, and I am overjoyed that this phase is finally past.
