I've been experimenting with posting houses on instagram and tiktok and I've learned that I hate it

Meta is cartoonishly evil and tiktok post-fascistic and sinophobic forced sale to US investors caters to the lowest common denominator and the dumbest people on the planet, serving up content to those that will be the most enraged with it to sow social discontent and ingroup/outgroup fighting

I've been sending out a weekly digest of the best houses (imo) on substack and I like this method.

Substack is also evil but not any moreso than any other platform right now

I'm doing a 50-week long 50 state series on substack. A-Z baby. Just sent out Arizona today. This challenges me to find houses outside of my normal coastal bubble. I'm also trying to include fun facts or Indigenous history about each state when I have the time.

Tumblr remains my favorite platform unsurprisingly

I still would like to find a way to make money through HH at some point, again, but I want it to be natural and not shoehorned or annoying and I want the Core Product (house pix) to remain available at no cost as it always has thus far.

I would love to go to estate sales or open houses and show y'all that again but I live in NYC now and it's different/not as good as Seattle idk but maybe I'll find my niche eventually!!!!!!! I'm an inside person post-covid.
