#sanders sides#dukeceit#remus sanders#janus sanders#listen#I just love them a lot okay???#their relationship means so much to me#like they’re a fun duo and I love that they match each other’s freak/chaotic energy but ALSO#they also just genuinely have a healthy relationship like I love that they seem to truly understand one another and know each other better#than anyone else and can deal with each other’s bullshit and still stick by each other at the end of the day#plus it being canon that they spend a lot of time together and that Janus always feels some affection for Remus even when he’s annoyed with#him like#GODDD#I’m gonna throw up 😭😭#and the way it’s very mutual top since Janus is like…the only character we actually see Remus actively respect/listen to#which I feel like says a LOT all things considered#and I love that they can be silly and also act like a married couple sometimes too#it’s funny too because you would think they would hate each other given how much they contradict one another yk?#like…character who’s job is to keep all the ugly parts hidden vs character who brings those ugly parts to light#yet despite all odds they actually work really well together and have a genuine respect for one another regardless#something even the core sides struggle with quite often#and again I think that says a lot#like they might be the more ‘antagonistic’ characters on the show (for lack of a better word as that doesn’t really apply as much anymore)#but they also have a GENUINELY healthy relationship and I think that’s kinda beautiful actually#like god my favorite morally ambiguous married couple <33#I feel like I don’t see people talk about them as much anymore either and that makes me sad 😔#Dukeceit you will always be special to me <333
