Yes. Cardio is HARD. Heart racing, sweat dripping, tired muscles are ๐ข๐ญ๐ญ ๐ฉ๐ข๐ข๐ข๐ข๐ข๐ณ๐ฅ. But if you push through it, again and again, you will KNOW you can do hard things. ๐๐ผ ๐๐๐ช ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐?? How amazing would it be to know that you started your day with doing something that challenged you, you conquered it, and now you can TAKE ON THE WORLD. One of the many reasons why I workout.
