The intent was to have 7 prompts and a free eigth day. BUT as it turned out, the results ended up really tight, so we’re going for an 8 days prompt list!

To make it more fun, I counted your reactions to that post and also the most popular femslash ships on ao3 to create a ship list that you can use, in association with the prompts or not, each day of the week. You don’t have to! This is merely a suggestion in case you need it. :)

And to make it even more fun, I’ve also come up with a list of random “challenge” ships that you can try your hands at if you want. Again, you don’t have to, but they’re here if that’s your thing!

Probably HighRum (Aranea/Cindy) not only because of the totally badass name, but because they’re so freaking hot and would be an amazing power couple. They never meet in the game, which is really too bad, but I like to think they get acquainted during the WoR. Aranea is out rescuing survivors and delivering supplies, and Cindy is working her tail off keeping Hammerhead running as a refuge. The second they meet, they can’t keep their eyes off each other (can you blame them?) and start a sweet courtship in the midst of ruin. Aranea totally seems like the type to show up in her airship just to bring Cindy some pretty flowers, and say something cheesy like “they reminded me of the color of your eyes” and Cindy would call her a nerd and kiss her anyway. 

For the prompt “stamina” I finished the highrum fic I had gifted to @cyborgpluviophile a while ago so you guys get the 5 pages of lesbian porn I have been searching in this fandom forever

The first time Aranea had sex, it was with some boy who crushed her under his weight, made her bleed and left afterwards with barely a thanks. They were fifteen and Niflheim's sexual education summarized as “we don't know what the youth is talking about” but still. She deserved better than that. She must deserve better than that.

The rest of her sexual experiences up to this point compiled in a strange mix of people who had interpreted her desire to spice things up by tying her to the bed, and people who her boldness straight up turned off.  To say she was desperate would be a ridiculous exaggeration, but at 35, she had for sure resigned herself to the simple thrill of a quick fuck in some funny location like everyone else.

For starters, what is Femslash Week about?

Femslash Week is an appreciation event dedicated to f/f pairings of the FFXV universe. Everyone can participate by creating new works celebrating their favourite f/f ships, and I will be sharing all those wonderful creations on this blog!

When is it happening?

From April 23 to April 30! The timezone this blog follows is UTC+1

What are the rules?

* Prompts will be announced for every day of the week, please share your work on the assigned day. You don’t have to create something for every day, just pick the prompts that inspire you! You can also interpret prompts however you like. 

* If you miss a day, or if you feel like your idea doesn’t fit anywhere, there will be a “free” day at the end of the week where you can submit your work.

* Share your creations using the @ffxvfemslashweek tag so we can see it and reblog it! If we miss your work, there will be a special round at the end of each day to try and correct that. :)

* NSFW content is allowed but must be labeled accordingly and put under a readmore. This goes for any potentially upsetting content—if you’re not sure whether or not your work might disturb someone, take your precautions and put a warning and a readmore. The mods might also ask you to add a warning before they reblog your post, if they feel it necessary.

* Fanfics must be put under a cut or provided with a link to avoid clogging everyone’s dashboard. All work must be correctly tagged. Again, the mods will warn you if you need to bring any modification to your post before it can be reblogged.

* This event is Three Laws of Fandom safe. This means that, as long as all the other rules are properly followed, you are responsible for your own content consumption and use blacklist features such as tumblr savior, xkit or the tumblr blacklisting option to avoid anything you’re not comfortable with. Be nice to the mods and to everyone participating. Ship hate, character hate, insults or any form of hate speech will not be tolerated. Litigations might be privately discussed with the mods but the mods have the last word.

We’re just 20 days away from the beginning of femslash week! I hope you’re all doing great! Are your works ready? Are you still working on them? Do you plan on improvising for each day?

You have until February 20 to suggest prompts that you would like to fill/see filled by everyone else during Femslash Week!

- there is no specific rule on the shape your submission should take. Suggest simple words or basic concepts or entire sentences, anything you want!

- please restraint yourself from posting explicitely nsfw prompts so that people who wouldn’t want to write/draw/create anything secually explicit aren’t automatically excluded. You are definitely allowed to interpret any kind of prompt any way you want, though. :)

- you can suggest prompts linked to specific pairings or situations if you want

- depending on the suggestions the final prompt list might be adjusted for balance but that’s not something you have to worry about just yet.

As the new year is approaching and the planning is finally clearing up, I can focus on this particular event! It will be happening from April 23 to April 30, because I will be free of all obligations at this date and also so we have time to decide of the prompts and general organization ;)
