“You’re really gonna do it, aren’t you.” Lunafreya paused, a lock of hair hanging half-brushed from her hands. The small, smudged mirror she’d taken from the bathroom and propped up on the nearest desk wasn’t quite broad enough to see Aranea; she had to twist around to spot her reclining casually against the doorframe, dressed down in casual clothes rather than full armor for once. Despite her nonchalant posture, her expression was dangerously blank. Lunafreya twisted the hair around her hand. “Did something about my conduct give you the impression that I would go back on my word?” she asked idly. “The opposite.” Seemingly taking this as an invitation to enter, Aranea sauntered inside, swinging the door shut behind her. “I’m not surprised that you’re going through with it. Doesn’t mean I won’t tell you you’re out of your mind.”
