A lot of situations or patterns keep on repeating and we be like "why it's happening again and again with me?" This happens when you're stuck in the past. When your inner child is still unhealed. When your inner self is still unaware and hidden. When you're spiritually not awakened. One more reason why it repeats is because the universe wants to teach you something but you still didn't understood.

1. ELIMINATE OLD BELIEFS
To break the continuous traumatic cycle, first it's important to eliminate old beliefs and patterns. Meaning all of your old perception, thoughts, behaviour and habits you need to eliminate them. After eliminating old beliefs and patterns, create new and positive beliefs and self image. When you clear and release the old, a space for new is naturally made. Heal yourself. Heal your inner child. Heal all of your past traumas.

2.LET YOURSELF FEEL
Let yourself feel. Cry out . Burst out. Write down your feelings. Meditate. Pray to god. Do things you love to do. Go out in nature. Deep breaths. Smile. Talk to yourself. Love yourself. Take care of yourself. Don't let your feelings or emotions control you. Clear out. Don't hurry up but also remember don't let your emotions go too long. Don't ignore or avoid your emotions.

3. CREATE A NEW YOU
Create a new and fresh mindset. Don't let your old habits and emotions control you. Don't repeat your old habits or actions. Create a new you. Act like the person you want to become. Be that version of you. Update yourself.
