There’s nothing quite like a family get together and filling your tummies with some delicious food! What better way to celebrate #BritishPieWeek than with some glorious pies from @higgidy 🥧 Wholesome, super-tasty and ready to pop straight in the oven (so less work for me)! We were kindly sent a couple of their vegan pies; aubergine & spinach masala, and spinach & pine nut with feta & red pepper - totally delish! As well as a Chicken & Ham Hock Sharing Pie (with my name on the box woop woop 🙌🏻) for sharing with the family! I am always so busy that often it get's to tea time and I am just so hungry I can't be bothered to cook anything. When this happens I will usually grab something quick weather it be a packet of crisps or a slice of cake. But most often I will order a takeaway. . I do try and keep healthy things in my fridge that I can just grab and eat and these new products from @higgidy are perfect. . The Cherrybell Pepper, Feta & Spinach Frittata is delicious and so are the Vintage Cheddar Veggie Rolls. They both can be eaten straight from the fridge, or you can give them a quick warm up in the oven and serve them with a salad for a yummy quick meal.
