These herbed potatoes are a flavorful and aromatic side dish that pairs perfectly with any main course. The combination of fresh herbs and garlic gives the potatoes a delightful taste, while roasting them in the oven ensures they are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Ingredients: 500g potatoes, washed and diced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped. 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven up to 400F 200C. Add the diced potatoes to a bowl and mix in the olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, and thyme. Make sure the potatoes are covered all over. Place the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Add pepper and salt to taste. After the oven is hot, bake the potatoes for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring them once, until they are golden brown and crispy on the edges. As a tasty side dish, serve hot.
