Hey guys question do you genuinely think if someone was playing a full blown child rapist they’d say they wanted them to be remembered fondly? Do you think they would say they were just a sad character who needed a hug and some love?? Do you think the creator of the show with said child rapist would release a play that humanized the rapist and explored how he didn’t want to do any of the stuff he did and it ended with him still wanting to be good and not “succumbing” to the evil dark shadow monster?? Do you truly believe that??
If it genuinely does turn out to be that then sure okay I’ll admit I was wrong but like WHY??? Why would they do that??? Why aren’t you guys mad about how the creators treat this character who’s so unforgivable in your mind?? Like he’s someone who is worthy of sympathy and kindness and the benefit of the doubt?? Why are you mad at fans of the character for recognizing those signs and not the creators of the show??
