henry is ALWAYS a human, patrick is always gonna be a visitor thoughh.. they would be sorta like the twins, if one dies or gets taken by fema, the remaining one won't talk, if it's henry, he'll run off or something while patrick will just stay and kill people in silence, at the door patrick doesnt talk either, he just lets henry do the talking

(they would be seperate as in you can test them individually but show up at the door together)

ok so like I said patrick is a visitor RIGHT so his signs are the straight white teeth + bleeding gums and red SPOTS in the eyes

henry would just have really fucked up teeth, sorta red eyes from crying, and dirt under the nails
