I've had a hematite ring for a while, and I never really thought about it much until the new tik tok trend, and now I'm curious about the 'witchy' side of hematite. Second of all: hemetite is something that's very grounding. It helps focus, and can possibly enhance memory. So yes, it can help!
However, hemetite is also just very physically fragile. I've worked with several and about 95% of the time it breaks, it's just because it's fragile. They're wonderful stones to have but you just need to be cautious when it's so thin! I recommend them for a pocket rock or turning the rings into a pendant on a necklace.
