People have a hard time knowing when to feel ok having bad days, bad times, bad outlook at the time of feeling that way. Because society says put on a brave face (Poker Face) be happy even when you are sad. Be appreciative even when you are hurting. People only support you when you are up and leave you when you are down. People need the most Support when they are struggling inside. This is why many cannot seem to get out of the cycle of negative thinking, negative surroundings, negative life. You have to sit and heal what hurts before you move forward. You need support to help you heal. This doesn’t mean some people don’t want to heal. And those people you have to pray for from afar. But people who do need the support and want it needs to be supported. They say You can only Heal You! That’s true to a certain extent. I think being open to healing is a sign that You want to Heal.
