Caleb and Joshua encouraged the people to trust God and go claim the land. They focused on God instead of their problems. If we focus on the problems, Instead of trying to make a difference, the fear then grows. Change your focus. In the light of the Almighty God, those problems will shrink. Choose to focus on God’s Power instead of your problems. Joshua and Caleb scouted for 40 days in the Promised land with those 10 negative spies. Yet, they still remained FAITHFUL to GOD! They didn’t give in to peer pressure. Pessimistic people are the enemy of God’s plan. God has good plans for you. He wants to bless you and lead you beyond where you are, but pessimistic people will keep you from that if you listen to them. Focus on God instead of the enemy! Here’s what happens when you focus on God instead of fear: Joshua and Caleb got to receive God’s Promises while the others didn’t. When I overcome fear, I receive God’s reward. It’s not a sin to be afraid. It’s what you do with that fear and where you focus that leads to sin. There are frightening things in this world but we serve a God that’s far more powerful and loving then ALL of our fears. Remember, Perfect Love casts out fear so if we trust God, He’ll cast out our fears because He is Perfect Love. We have nothing to fear when we’re with Him. I pray you remember that. I've never really been afraid of anything...until I found out I was pregnant. 🤰(October 2020) That's a whole different level of fear and uncertainty. 🥺 "Is my baby okay?" "Why isn't she moving?" "Is she growing okay?" "What if she comes early" "Miscarriage" "NICU" "C-section" "Covid" "Epidural/Spinal" "What if, what if, what if" My word... Please tell me I'm not the only one?🙈 Now that she's finally here.. I lay awake at night wondering if she's still breathing, is she okay..... It's scary.... But you know what? It would be 100% scarier if I weren't able to pray all those fears away.🙌 When I got scared during pregnancy I prayed. I prayed for that little girl to have life & to have it abundance. (Today you can totally see it.) ☺️💞 But I get to pray, and I can't help to wonder what do "non-christians" do? Are they just scared all the time?? I don't even want to imagine that. So tonight I pray that if you're reading this. That God will calm your mind. That His love will cover your fears. 💓 He is with you! ❤️ I love this verse 👇  “Be strong. Take courage.
