This Herbed Yogurt Dip is a refreshing and healthy alternative to mayo or sour cream-based dips. It's packed with fresh herbs and spices, making it a flavorful addition to your appetizer spread or as a condiment for your favorite dishes.
Ingredients: 1 cup plain or Greek yogurt. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice. 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped. 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped. 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin. Salt and pepper to taste. Olive oil, for drizzling.
Instructions: Add the yogurt, minced garlic, and fresh lemon juice to a mixing bowl. Add the fresh dill, parsley, and cilantro that have been chopped up very small. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then add the ground cumin. Combine well by mixing. Add some olive oil on top to make it taste better and make it creamier. Put the yogurt dip with herbs in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it. Use it as a dip for pita bread and fresh vegetables, or add it to other foods.
