Ingredients: 12 oz fresh cranberries. 1 cup orange juice. 1/2 cup honey. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 1/4 cup chopped red onion. 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots. 1/4 cup chopped pecans. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. Salt to taste.
Instructions: Cranberries, orange juice, honey, apple cider vinegar, red onion, dried apricots, pecans, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves should all be mixed together in a saucepan. Over medium-low heat, bring the mixture to a boil. Then, lower the heat to low and let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every now and then, until the cranberries pop and the chutney gets thick. Add salt to your liking.
