Starting over
This year has been a whirlwind for me. From the start of 2016 to now I have gained 20lbs bringing me to 178!!!! I'm back to my starting weight. Its extremely disheartening to see this happen. My clothes barely fit now. My stamina levels are horrid. Its just back in June of this year I was super fit. After July everything just went downhill. Its a mess. I was 158 in January? 154 in June. 160 in August. 164 in September. 175 in October. 178 now. To think I gained all the weight I lost back. I now have decided to start my exercise and dieting again starting December. I hope to reach 140lbs by April of next year. This has to happen. I'm going to be very serious. I refuse to let this get to me. I need to do better for myself.
Arm day today 💪🏼 I always worry if I have the right form for arms and if I'm doing everything right but today was a good workout I think 😊 My arms are sore af so I must have done something right 😂 Peanuts, cranberries and raisins for my snack and then ran to my seminar, sat down and got halfway through my lunch (quinoa with veggies and sweet chilli sauce 😋) when I checked my emails and saw I had a meeting with my tutor in ten minutes 😭 so I ran to the meeting, spent an hour waiting to be seen at student services to inform them of my anxiety and then the afternoon headache started (I keep getting them every day and idk why? I think I'm sleeping enough, I drink a load of water and I'm eating plenty??) so instead of doing some shopping like I should have I've just come home for painkillers and a nap 😣 I still have lots to do tonight though, making a curry to freeze for my dinners, I have reading to do and need to practice my Catalan. And then I will sleep like a baby. 😴
