So unless I have my protein shake from my company or from Shaklee ...EVERY SINGLE protein powder pisses my stomach off. Doesn't matter how "Raw" it is. My stomach can't tolerate it. So the times I don't have my safe protein powders & I am waiting for them in the mail...I'm sticking with hemp, chia & flax seeds. PEOPLE! Hemp seeds have 10grams of protein in only 3 tbsp!! What?? That's crazy! Also switched to Hemp milk bc that is what I was allowed to use during my cleanse. Which was the MOST helpful thing to help heal my gut. I will forever be grateful for that cleanse. I'm still struggling with inflammation but it has gotten FAR better than it used to be. There's just still something I have not caught yet. There's always a lot of waiting in this game. So rather than spend hours falling into various holes in the internet world I'm carrying this little book around. If you're into this kind of thing it's really interesting so far, and to summarise what I've learnt so far.... cortisol (our stress hormone) is primarily responsible for ageing.
