Trick or treat?π»π·πΈπ @mrs_kitchen_fairy made this fit choco persimmon cheesecake (NO BAKE, no sugar, GF, 18 cm and only 20 minutes to prepare) β Recipe: β 1 cup buckwheat flakes (or other flakes) β 1 cup grated cashew nuts β 1/4 cup maple syrup β pinch of Himalayan salt β 3 spoons cocoa β 2 spoons of coconut oil β a little water Mix all and put it to fridge ( min 30 min). β βΆοΈFilling: β 1/2 cup of coconut yoghurt β 2 cups persimmon β 1/2 lemon - juice β 2 tbsp of agar agar β 2 spoons maple syrup β Blend all ingredients and boil it for 1 minute. Wait until room temperature and pour it to the base. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
