On my birthday the 12th, we had planned to go and watch or try to see some of the solar eclipse meteors all that cosmic shit that was happening, but then it stormed and it just kept fucking storming haha. So,instead we just binged marvel movies, and shows my boyfriend does not know all of it and so to get ready for Doomsday and I needed the recap. Anyways it’s been a while. This year I got baked and baked my birthday cake. Honestly kind of tasted better. Added some fun Halloween sprinkles because even though my birthday is in August, I fucking love Halloween. Summerween 4 Life.

Trick or treat?👻🕷🕸😁 @mrs_kitchen_fairy made this fit choco persimmon cheesecake (NO BAKE, no sugar, GF, 18 cm and only 20 minutes to prepare) ⠀ Recipe: ✅ 1 cup buckwheat flakes (or other flakes) ✅ 1 cup grated cashew nuts ✅ 1/4 cup maple syrup ✅ pinch of Himalayan salt ✅ 3 spoons cocoa ✅2 spoons of coconut oil ✅ a little water Mix all and put it to fridge ( min 30 min). ⠀ ▶️Filling: ✅ 1/2 cup of coconut yoghurt ✅ 2 cups persimmon ✅ 1/2 lemon - juice ✅ 2 tbsp of agar agar ✅ 2 spoons maple syrup ⠀ Blend all ingredients and boil it for 1 minute. Wait until room temperature and pour it to the base. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
