I love tattie scones and miss them dearly. (They’re just not the same with oat flour, sigh.) Breakfast at uni used to be a fried tattie scone in a morning roll slathered in brown sauce and ketchup, followed by a creamed bun, scarfed down in the common room at the top of the lit tower while drinking sugar with a splash of tea in it.

Your Chiro!Anastasia AU has a special place in my heart because of my own Jinmay!Anastasia AU (we talked about this a little bit before months ago XD) And AU aside, I love Chiro very much, he is one of my favorite characters. Give me any Chiro-family interaction from any AU and I will spontaneously combust.  The sheer amount of FEELS those Anastasia edits gave me? Amazing. Unparalleled.

The lab was not very busy at this hour. It was nearly the end of the work day for one thing. Also the fact that Gibson and Otto had gone home early thanks to a call from the school that involved Mira up to some mischief added to the silence. Sprx and Nova were honestly shocked Blaze and Quasar were not involved. One of the two normally were.

But thankfully that was not the case today. 

Antauri and Alchemist were out of the lab for the moment, which just left Nova and Sprx.

"We're suppose to be looking at sample three-A and see if there are any changes in it." Nova said.

Sprx was about to go do just that when he paused, a thought occurring to him.

"You know... we're in here all alone." Sprx said.

"That's true." Nova said.

Nova was not quite on the same page as Sprx was at the moment it seemed. Sprx could change that. He took one of Nova's hands. Nova looked away from the clipboard and up to Sprx's face. Their eyes met.

"Hmm, I don't see any sign of changes in here. Just a set of pretty eyes." Sprx said.

"You're being cheesy." Nova laughed.

Sprx grinned

"Your point?" Sprx asked.

Nova and Sprx were about to lean in and kiss when they were interrupted. 

"I don't think that's how you look for signs of changes in the samples." a voice said.

Sprx and Nova looked up from their flirting and saw Antauri looking at them, arms crossed.

They stood there a moment before they pulled apart from each other.

"Um hey, that's not the microscope. Silly me." Sprx said.

"A common mistake." Nova said.

Antauri lifted a eyebrow in response. A clear sign the time for nonsense was over.

"Okay, okay, we're done flirting." Nova said. 

Antauri, sastifaied that work would get done now went off to his own part of the lab.

"We'll smooch later." Sprx said to Nova.
