A quick doodle of my favourite elven couple for Valentines Day.

Elrond and Celebrían just enjoying a quiet moment alone together. It’s been awhile since I’ve drawn them and that needed to be rectified it.

I actually really like this simplified non-rendered style and it’s pretty quick too! In total this took me about two hours and a half :3

Rare is the day that I draw Tolkien art that isn’t Elrond related but I’ve had this scene in my head since I reread the Silmarillion last year.

This one was hard to draw, mountains proved more difficult to paint then I expected but I think it turned out well

Garviel gets sworn into Horus closest circle by Torgaddon, Abaddon and Aximand. I wanted to illustrate this scene as soon as I read it.

Randomly was doodling and a wild Shallan appeared. Used the opportunity to explore a different shading technique with more focus on hard edges and I rather like how she turned out
