Debe haber días en los que usted se tiene que dar un respiro. Un momento para relajarse, pensar, para hacer lo que no había podido realizar en días de trabajo/escuela; caminar, tomar fotografías, comprar plantitas y verduras, escuchar música, comer lo que le apetezca como por ejemplo una rosquilla de chocolate, tomar la ruta que va por el camino largo de regreso a casa, leer una novela y si usted quiere… para quererse y valorarse. ¡No se detenga! simplemente esté dispuesta a andar aunque meta sus pies en un charco de lodo y lo primero que diga sea “¡mierda!”, tranquila, no pasa nada, sólo tiene que llegar a casa, quitarse las zapatillas y andar descalza. Terminará por reírse de su pequeña desgracia y se pondrá a preparar una ensalada con esas verduritas que compró en el supermercado.

Omg I love the Jack Ingram H.E.B. commercial XD its so perfect and full of Texan stereotypes like "they all think we ride horses to work" and I love it so much XD but they forgot the "accents"...
