[ULTRA TIME STRANGER SPOILERS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED]
After completing Time Stranger, a certain digimon quickly shot up into my favorites. Now, I've known of his existence since the DS games. But the smaller screen didn't truly do Destroy Mode's design or role justice.
Lo and behold, Time Stranger fixes that. And after completing the story. ...I felt bad for the guy.
This is EXACTLY the same feeling I had back when I first saw ol big red from Xros Wars.
So, have a small comic of what I'd personally want to see if they decided to do a Hacker's Memory type of follow up to Time Stranger.
In which, Destroy Mode is revived. But as punishment, he is now a ghost that cannot interact in the new Digital World after the reset.
You. the protagonist, would be the only one to see him. As a result, you'd attempt to help him. And maybe run into a few familiar faces from Time Stranger.
At the same time, another anomaly was born from the leftover traces of data from the reset...and they're looking for the former tyrant.
So, who will Chronomon reach out to first; you, or another anomaly who can see him.
